Or for anti-laser you could just use a big mirror shaped like a satellite dish to reflect it back. And think, if someone hit you with rails/projectiles, they'd have 11 years of bad luck or whatever it was. I wouldn't mind anti-missile drones, but...

It mostly depends on what you will be up against. Pulse lasers have less range, less damage, better tracking & lower cap use. Beams are pretty much just the opposite. Beam lasers I would say anything cruiser sized or larger would be your target, p...
